Here are the basics on how an Independent Distributor (ID)
earns commissions on our Startup, our Hybrid six level System:

1.    1. Distributors generate income based on the sale of products to customers.
    For example, if the product value on level One is $10 and there are four customers,
    the product sales volume is 40, the same as the dollar amount.

2.    2. When the sales volume is equal to the required level, the Distributor earns commissions
    equal to that level. This rule applies to all levels.

3.    3. As an ID, once you have activated your position, you need to generate enough volume
    points to upgrade to the next level and so on.

Our Products are;
1. Advertising and Marketing resources and Leads, Our Leads are 14-18 days Fresh, Double Opt in, 8 Question Survey leads valued at $3.50 to $5 each.
2. The Advante Healthcare Solutions covers an entire Extended family and costs $35
for a one time Processing fee plus $150 a month.

Each Level requires a certain Sales volume or Upgrade to pay a commission

The first upgrade is a $10 product purchase of 50 leads valued at $3.50 each.
So for $10 a customer receives a $175 value.
                           All upgrades come out of Distributor’s  commissions.* 

The second upgrade is a $30 product purchase of 100 leads at $3.50 each.
So for $30 a customer receives a $350 value.

The third upgrade is a $100 product purchase of the Advante Health Solutions.
This is a $35 one time processing fee and $150 for a one month trial.
So for $100 a customer receives a $185 Healthcare benefit for one month.

After 30 days, you may keep the Advante Health package for a mere $39.95 a month. This is a special Distributor Discount of $110 a month. No additional processing fee is charged. 

* We also have a “Lightning” upgrade option: This option allows an ID that wants to move faster, to pay all three upgrades at once for $140 which gives that ID an early start in the Duplicators and the ability to earn commissions faster.

Earning Commissions with AND is Simple.
Starting from Level 2, the Independent Distributor earns $300 from the sale of products. From Level three the ID earns $3,000 commission from the sale of products. On the Fourth, Fifth and Sixth levels, the value of the AND products increase and the income potential increases substantially.
